        For the following Application Error:

        "An error has occurred in the application. Please close your browser window, open a new window, connect to the site and attempt to resume your activities.

        If this error persists please contact the Site Administrator."

         

        We installed a new application management system on April 3, 2017.  If you receive an Application Error,

        • Have you registered and created an account in our new system?

        Logins, passwords, and information from the previous system were not transferred over and new accounts are necessary.  If you have not logged in prior to April 3, 2017, create an account by clicking on the Register link just below the Log In button.

        • Are you using the correct Username and Password?

        Make sure to use the username and password combination created when you registered in our application system.

        If you are unsure of your username or password,

        1. you may use the links on the login page to recover your username or reset your password.
        2. The information will be sent to the email account provided in the account profile.

    •  SPINNING BLUE CIRCLE

        If a spinning blue circle is visible, the background of the screen is greyed out, and the system appears to be frozen:

        Some sections, like the Work History and References sections, run in the foreground of the employment application.  Please read the instructions provided in blue font at the top of these sections.

        Some points to consider are:

        • Click the Add button followed by the Close button to return to the application.

        • If the Close button is clicked first, the information entered will be lost.

        • The Add button can be used to continue entering records until the data is complete. Then the Close button can be used to exit back to the main application section.

        • The information will show in the employment application in the background as it is accepted into the system.

        • Clear the browser history

        • If you are using Google Chrome or Safari, try using Internet Explorer

  •  ACCOUNT
    •  PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS
      •  

        When creating a password, you are required to create a password that meets the following criteria:

        • 8 characters in length

        May be any combination of letters, numbers, and symbols as long as the password is at least 8 characters long

        • contains at least 2 symbols

        • Examples of allowed symbols include ! @ # ~ $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + | { } : " ? > < `
    •  EMAIL ADDRESS
      •  

        It is necessary to provide a valid email address when creating an account because the email address is used for the following:

        • Potential communication from the hiring manager for a position
        • New Job Posting Notifications
        • To recover lost or forgotten username or password information
